*J&K Reports 2 Covid-19 Deaths, 145 New Cases* Nadeem NaduSrinagar, Nov 28 (GNS): Jammu and Kashmir reported two deaths due to the covid-19 while 145 persons tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Sunday.Among the fresh cases, 18 were reported from Jammu Division and 127 from Kashmir, taking the overall tally to 336531.There were two deaths— both from Kashmir division— due to the virus during the last 24 hours, they said. So far 4475 persons—2185 in Jammu and 2290in Kashmir—have died due to the virus, they said.Giving district wise details of the fresh cases, the officials told GNS that Srinagar reported 61 cases, Baramulla 31, Budgam 5, Pulwama 7, Kupwara 3, Anantnag 5, Bandipora 7, Ganderbal 7, Kulgam 0, Shopian 1, Jammu 4, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 2, Doda 2, Kathua 0, Samba 1, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 1, Ramban 1 and Reasi 7.Moreover, 209 Covid-19 patients recovered during the time, 25 from Jammu Division and 184 from Kashmir, they said.So far 330398 patients have recovered, leaving active case tally at 1658—273 in Jammu and 1385 in Kashmir.They said there was no new confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today. So far 49 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials said.The officials also informed that 19152 doses of covid-19 vaccine were administered during the time in J&K. (GNS)

*Jio announces up to 21% hike in tariffs from Dec 1*New Delhi, Nov 28 (PTI) After Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea, India's largest mobile operator Reliance Jio on Sunday announced up to 21 per cent hike in its prepaid tariffs from next month.The tariff hikes entail JioPhone Plan, Unlimited Plans, and data add on, and range between 19.6 per cent and 21.3 per cent."In line with its commitment to further strengthen a sustainable telecom industry, where every Indian is empowered with a true digital life, Jio today announced its new unlimited plans. These plans will provide the best value in the industry," Reliance Jio said in a statement.The statement further said: "Upholding the Jio promise of providing the best-quality service at the lowest price globally, Jio customers will continue to be the biggest beneficiaries".The new unlimited plans will go-live on December 1, 2021, and can be opted from existing touchpoints and channels.Airtel and Vodafone Idea last week had announced up to 25 per cent hike in their prepaid plans tariffs to improve financials.(PTI)

*Will take action against overcharging of fees by schools: Director Tasaduq Hussain* Srinagar, Nov 28 (KNS): Director School Education Kashmir, Tasaduq Hussain on Sunday warned of strict action against any private school involved in overcharging of school from parents of students.Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) on the sidelines of inauguration function, he said that nobody is above law and the department will definitely take action against those who are charging extra fees from students.Replying to a question about inaugurating a private coaching institute, Hussain said that he was here for providing quality education and the private educational institutions are their co-partners."I have come here to inaugurate a private institution as they are helping in bridging the education gap which has been left due to the pandemic. Wherever, education is provided, we will support them. We are with education,” he added.About the reopening of primary schools, he said that the guidelines regarding Covid-19 are provided fortnightly by a designated committee. “The committee takes everything into account like infectious rates, new variants of COVID-19 etc. As of now according to their guidelines only 20 students are allowed per classroom to attend offline classes,” he said. *PM Modi chairs important meeting on Covid situation*New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is chairing an important meeting on the Covid situation and the vaccination drive in the country with top officials, government sources said on Saturday.The meeting comes amid rising global concerns over a new strain of the coronavirus which the World Health Organization has named ‘Omicron’ and classified as a highly transmissible virus of concern.The meeting is being attended by Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, P K Mishra, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan and NITI Aayog member (health) Dr V K Paul among others.India saw a single-day rise of 8,318 new coronavirus infections, taking the country’s total tally of COVID-19 cases to 3,45,63,749, while the count of active cases has declined to 1,07,019, the lowest in 541 days, according to Union Health Ministry data updated on Saturday.The death toll due to the disease has climbed to 4,67,933, with 465 daily fatalities being recorded, the data updated at 8 am showed.The cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered in the country has crossed 120.96 crore, according to the ministry. *3 Teachers From Doda Hospitalised After Gas Leak In Kokernag*Waris Shah Srinagar, Nov 26 (GNS): Three teachers from Doda district were hospitalized after a gas leakage incident in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday evening, officials said. They said that the teachers, Surjeet Kumar son of Naseeb Chand, Sandeep Kumar and Ashok Kumar sons of Tap Raj, all the residents of Doda were putting up at a rented accommodation at Bidder Kokernag, when the incident took place.The trio was rushed to SDH Kokernag wherefrom all of them were taken to GMC Anantnag for further treatment, they told GNS.All of them are stable and have burn injuries in hands. *Shutdown in downtown Srinagar after local militant’s killing*Srinagar, Nov 25: A complete shutdown is being observed in the downtown areas of Srinagar against the killing of a local militant in the city’s Rambagh area during a shootout.Reports said that businesses and shops are closed in areas falling under the downtown jurisdiction even as the movement of traffic is thin. The shutdown is being observed against the killings of militants one of whom Mehran Yaseen hailed from Nawa Kadal area of the Srinaagr city. On Wednesday, police claimed to have killed three militants in a brief shootout in Srinagar’s busy market. However, eyewitnesses said that the trio was killed in ‘cold blood’ and that they were not carrying any weapons.The police identified the dead as The Resistance Front “commander” Mehran Yaseen Shalla from Jamalatta here, Manzoor Ahmad Mir and Arafat Ahmad Sheikh from Pulwama.Meanwhile, voices have grown against the said shootout with many questioning its legitimacy. PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti while quoting media reports said ‘firing was only from one side.’

The United Arab Emirates has announced a $10 billion fund for investments in Turkey.The investment comes as Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan signed several agreements in Ankara on Wednesday.The countries agreed on cooperation in the fields of energy, oil and health sectors and also signed an agreement to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.The crown prince’s visit is his first official visit to Turkey since 2012 and the first top-level meeting between the UAE and Turkey in recent years.

DC Bandipora distributes Tractor under SMAM, CapexBandipora, Nov 23: Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Dr Owais Ahmad Tuesday handed two tractors to the farmers of Gurez sponsored under Centrally Sponsored Scheme, Sub Mission Agriculture Mechanization (SMAM) and Capex budget. DC Bandipora handed over keys to the farmers in presence of Joint Director, Planning, Bandipora, Imtiyaz Ahmad, Chief Agriculture Officer Bandipora, Mujtaba Yahya, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer Gurez Farooq Ahmad Joo and other concerned officers of the district. It was informed at the occasion that the Agriculture department had provided two Tractors to the farmers belonging to Tulail and Bagtore villages of Gurez Sub Division. Under the scheme, the department pays a subside of Rs two lac for each tractor. The Deputy Commissioner informed that this year 17 tractors shall be distributed among farmers out of which 10 tractors under Capex Budget while 7 tractors shall be provided under SMAM.

*Unidentified body found In Kokernag*Waris Shah Anantnag 23 Nov (GNS): The body of an unidentified man was found in Kokernag area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday morning, officials said.The man apparently looks like an outsider wearing a blue trouser and white shirt, they said. However there is no visible torture marks etc on the body found at Voi Bemdoora village of Kokernag, they said.A police official told GNS some locals spotted the body lying in field and subsequently informed the concerned police station.He said that a police party rushed to the spot and took it into their possession. He said that efforts are underway to ascertain the identity. (GNS)

*Freezing Conditions Grip Kashmir, Srinagar Records Season’s Coldest Night* Srinagar, Nov 23 (GNS): Freezing cold conditions prevailed in Kashmir Valley as Srinagar, the summer capital of J&K, experienced the coldest night of the season with temperature plummeting as low as minus 2.3°C on Tuesday. A meteorological department official here told GNS that minimum temperature in Srinagar was minus 2.4°C below normal for this time of the year and surpassed previous low of minus 1.6°C recorded only yesterday. The official said last year on November 22, minimum temperature dropped to minus 3.0°C in Srinagar while lowest ever was recorded November 29 , 1934 when mercury plummeted to minus 7.8°C. Qazigund, the gateway town of Kashmir, recorded a minimum temperature of minus 2.2°C against minus 2.2°C on the previous night, he said. It was minus 2.3°C below normal for the place, the official said.Pahalgam, the famous resort in south Kashmir, recorded a low of minus 4.4°C against minus 3.7°C on previous night and it remained the coldest place across J&K.Kokernag, also in south Kashmir, recorded a low of minus 1.1°C against minus 1.3°C on previous night and normal of 0.6°C, the official said.Kupwara town in north Kashmir recorded a low of minus 3.0°C against minus 2.9°C on the previous night, the official said.Gulmarg, the world famous skiing resort in north Kashmir, recorded a minimum of minus 3.0°C against minus 0.8°C on the previous night, the official said.Ladakh’s Leh recorded a low of minus 8.5°C against last night’s minus 8.0°C while Kargil town recorded a low of minus 4.0°C. Drass in Kargil, the second coldest place in the world after Siberia, recorded a low of minus 12.8°C, the official said.The weatherman has forecast mainly dry weather in Jammu and Kashmir with morning fog at isolated places over plains of Valley.“Weather is most likely to remain cold and dry till ending November in whole J&K. However, there's 40-50% chance of very light snowfall over extreme North Kashmir on November 25,” the official told GNS. “Overall, there's no forecast of any major weather for next two weeks.” (GNS)

*Youth killed in road mishap in Baramulla village*Baramulla : A 25-year-old youth was killed in a road accident after being hit by a unknown speedy vehicle on Monday evening in north Kashmir’s Baramulla village.Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said the victim was hit by an unknown four wheeler passenger vehicle (Taveera ) on Srinagar-Baramulla national highway at Delina on Monday evening.However, he was immediately taken to nearby hospital where from he was referred to district hospital Baramulla where doctors declared him brought dead.The deceased was identified as Saleem Javid Mir son of Javid Ahmad Mir of Delina.Meanwhile, police in this regard has registered a case.

*Afghanistan: Taliban unveil new rules banning women in TV dramas* ```November 22, 2021In Afghanistan, Taliban government has unveiled new rules banning women in TV dramas.Female journalists and presenters have also been ordered to wear headscarves on screen.The latest set of Taliban guidelines, issued to Afghan television channels, features eight new rules.They include the banning of films considered against the principles of Shariah - or Islamic law and Afghan values.Comedy and entertainment shows that insult religion or may be considered offensive to Afghans are also forbidden.The Taliban have also forbidden the foreign films, promoting foreign cultural values.A member of an organisation that represents journalists in Afghanistan, Hujjatullah Mujaddedi, said the announcement of new restrictions was unexpected.Talking to BBC, he said some of the rules are not practical and that if implemented, broadcasters may be forced to close.```

*BSF forward defence locations along LoC to get steel infra*New Delhi, Nov 21: Border Security Force locations along the Line of Control (LoC) will be getting a steel makeover as the paramilitary force embarks on a major project to fortify defences and enhance living facilities for troops along this sensitive high-altitude frontier with Pakistan.These deployments are called forward defence locations (FDLs), and the border force guards, either jointly with the Army or independently, over 430 kilometres of the total 772-km-long LoC that falls in Jammu and Kashmir.The FDLs are located in extreme forward snow-bound or dense jungle areas of the LoC and are part of India’s anti-infiltration grid to thwart militant activities being conducted from across this un-demarcated frontier.Behind the FDLs on the Indian side are multiple rings of the Army’s counter-infiltration deployments.Troops at these icy locations, having altitudes in the range of 8,000-16,000 feet, at present live in CGI (corrugated galvanised iron) sheet-made hutments along with their rations and weapons, exposing them to the vagaries of sub-zero temperatures.Official sources in the security establishment told PTI that the BSF will convert about 115 of its FDLs to large steel (alloy of iron and carbon) compartments with an overall layout of around Rs 35 crore.The decision was taken after BSF Director General (DG) Pankaj Kumar Singh recently visited the FDLs in Kashmir and reviewed their operational preparedness.The BSF head interacted with his troops and later directed officials of the Kashmir frontier to prepare an action plan for converting those FDLs to steel so that work can be initiated quickly.The DG, they said, later also met senior officials of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in Delhi to get solar power projects sanctioned for these FDLs which have been approved in-principle.All activities at these locations, including cooking and daily ablutions by BSF troops, are carried out using power sourced from kerosene and diesel, they said.“The new steel dwelling units will be procured after a tender process. Steel has been thought as the replacement to the present infrastructure as it has better strength and fracture resistance in sub-zero temperatures.“A bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living unit will be prepared from steel and installed at about 115 FDLs each,” a senior officer said.He said more locations would be covered after the first phase is implemented successfully.Another officer said while the Union Home Ministry has approved the decision, the solar power panels that will be installed by the New and Renewable Energy Ministry will help reduce carbon footprint and pollution in these ecologically fragile high-altitude regions.Moreover, an officer deployed in the Kashmir anti-infiltration grid said BSF troops will get better facilities than what they have at present.“No doubt it is very hard to survive and protect the borders in these FDL areas as weather is a strong enemy and there is no absolute solution that can ease all the troubles.“We are trying to provide our men in uniform what is best available for them in these extreme hard area deployments,” the officer said.As FDLs cannot have permanent dwelling infrastructure, temporary structures are created to deploy troops, lay ambushes and mount weapons in these areas.A number of BSF FDLs are named in the memory of troops who were killed in action in this area, while some are identified with the names of Hollywood actresses.Apart from the LoC, the BSF is entrusted to guard about 2,289 kilometres of the India-Pakistan International Border that runs from Jammu to Punjab, Rajasthan and up to Gujarat on the country’s western flank. *Retrieving Pak-occupied Jammu Kashmir PoJK is next on agenda Jitendra Singh* New Delhi, Nov 21: Union minister Jitendra Singh on Sunday said thatretrieving Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) is next on the agenda. Addressing the 'Mirpur Balidan Diwas' programme dedicated to PoJK displaced persons here, he said the leadership which has the capacity and the will to abrogate Article 370, also has the capacity to retrieve PoJK from the illegal occupation of Pakistan. Speaking as the chief guest, the minister said the partition of Indian subcontinent was the greatest tragedy in the history of mankind and added that while India suffered the tragedy of partition, Jammu and Kashmir suffered the second tragedy of losing out a part of the erstwhile state to illegal occupation of Pakistan. "Retrieving Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) is next on the agenda," Singh said. He said it was always believed and said that Article 370 would never be abrogated but under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this was made possible and in the same way the resolve to retrieve PoJK would also be accomplished. Singh, the Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office, said, retrieving PoJK is not only a political and national agenda, but also a responsibility towards the respect for human rights because "our brethren in PoJK are living in inhuman conditions" and have been mercilessly denied even basic amenities like healthcare and education. He said the then Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel took over the responsibility of accession of over 560 princely states at the time of independence and successfully accomplished it but he was kept out of Jammu and Kashmir because Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru wanted to handle J&K at his own level. Even after Pakistan attacked J&K in the autumn of 1947, Nehru was hesitant to send Indian forces to Jammu and Kashmir and it was only after empathic intervention by Sardar Patel that the first contingent of Sikh Regiment landed in Srinagar, said Singh, who is also Lok Sabha member from Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur constituency.Deviating from the propriety of collective decision-making, Nehru had on his own declared unilateral ceasefire just when the Indian forces were about to retrieve the entire territory of Jammu and Kashmir captured by Pakistan, he said. PoJK would have never happened if only Patel was given a free hand in Jammu and Kashmir, Singh said. On the occasion, a camp was also organised to make domicile certificates for the members of PoJK community living in Delhi. The minister asked every member of the displaced community of PoJK to get their domicile certificate as it not only entitles them to certain opportunities and privileges but also gives them a sense of identity and esteem.–(PTI)

*Social Welfare Dept enhances reservation quota from 3 to 4 per cent for physically challenged persons*Sajidah YousufSrinagar, (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir Social Welfare Department has enhanced the reservation quota from 3 percent to 4 percent for physically challenged persons under Disability Act.According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Secretary to the government for Social Welfare Department, Sheetal Nanda has said that the government has amended the earlier notification of reservation and has accordingly enhanced the quota by one percent.“In 2020, the government amended the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Rules, 2005 and enhanced the horizontal reservation from 3% to 4% for Physically Challenged Persons in terms of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 against each benchmark disability,” reads the notification issued by the department.One percent was also enhanced to persons with disability of blindness or low vision and Deaf and Hard of hearing each with one percent, loco-motor disability including Cerebral, Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy.Likewise, one percent was also enhanced to the autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness followed by one percent to multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses(a) to (d) including deaf-blindness in the posts identified for each disability.The department in a notification has informed that the guideline for implementation of reservation to persons with benchmark disabilities has been issued afresh in supersession of previous orders issued in 2001.A notification issued by the government earlier this week has said that the guidelines for implementation of reservation to persons with benchmark disabilities in terms of the existing Acts and Rules applicable at that point of time had been notified.The government said that with the increase in quantum of horizontal reservation to physically challenged persons, the guidelines notified earlier in the year 2001 are required to be amended“The Department of Personnel and Training for the Government of India (GOI) in 2018 has issued instructions including the register or the roaster to be followed in providing reservation to disabled persons with benchmark disabilities,” it reads—(KNO)

*جنوبی کشمیر میں جنگلی جانوروں کو پکڑنے کےلئے وائلڈ لائف سرگرم**گزشتہ دو دنوں کے دوران ویری ناگ میں چار ریچھوں کو زندہ پکڑا گیا* سرینگر/19نومبر/سی این آئی// جنوبی کشمیر میں محکمہ وائلڈلائف کی جانب سے گزشتہ چند دنوں میں چار ریچھوں کو زندہ پکڑ لیا گیا ہے جس کے نتیجے میں مقامی لوگوں نے راحت کی سانس لی ۔ ادھر محکمہ نے لوگوں کو مشورہ دیا ہے کہ وہ اندھیرے میں بغیر روشنی اور اکیلے میں گھروں سے باہر نکلنے میںگریز کریںاور اگر کسی بھی جگہ کسی جنگلی جانوری کی موجودگی کا پتہ چلے تو فوری طور پر محکمہ کو مطلع کریں۔ کرنٹ نیوز آف انڈیا کے مطابق جنوبی کشمیرمیں جنگلی جانوروں کی موجودہ سے جہاں لوگوں کی زندگی اجیرن بن چکی ہے وہیں محکمہ وائلڈ لائف اور جنگلات محکمہ نے جنگلی جانوروںکو پکڑنے کی کارروائی شروع کی ہے اس سلسلے میں محکمہ وائلڈ لائف نے کوکاگنڈ اور ویری ناگ علاقوں میں گزشتہ دو دنوں کے دوران 4ریچھوںکو زندہ پکڑنے میں کامیابی حاصل کرلی ہے جس کے نتیجے میں مقامی لوگوں نے راحت کی سانس لی ۔ ادھر فارسٹر شبیر احمد نے لوگوں سے کہا ہے کہ سردیوں کے ایام میں جب جنگلات برف سے بھرے پڑے ہوتے ہیں جنگلی جانورکھانے کی تلاش میں بستیوں کی طرف آتے ہیں اس لئے لوگوں کو چاہئے کہ وہ اندھیرے میں اور اکیلے اپنے گھروں سے باہر نہ آئیں ۔ انہوںنے بتایا کہ اگر کسی بھی جگہ کسی بھی جنگلی جانور کو دیکھا جائے تو فوری طور پر محکمہ وائلڈ لائف کو مطلع کریں ۔

*3زرعی قوانین کی طرح5اگست 2019کے فیصلے بھی منسوخ کئے جائیں**جسٹس (ر)حسنین مسعودی کی وزیر اعظم سے اپیل* سرینگر/19نومبر/سی این آئی// جموں وکشمیر نیشنل کانفرنس نے 5 اگست 2019 کے اُن فیصلوں کی منسوخی کا مطالبہ کیا ہے جن میں جموں وکشمیر تنظیم نو ایکٹ اور دیگر قوانین کے تحت جموں وکشمیر کو خصوصی پوزیشن سے محروم اور اس تاریخی ریاست کو دو حصو ں میں تقسیم کرکے مرکزی زیر انتظام علاقوں میں تبدیل کیا گیا۔ سی این آئی کے مطابق پارٹی کے رکن پارلیمان برائے جنوبی کشمیر جسٹس (ر) حسنین مسعودی نے اپنے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ 3متنازعہ زرعی قوانین کی منسوخی ہڈدھرمی اور سخت گیر پالیسی کی سیاست میں تبدیلی کی عکاسی کرتا ہے کیونکہ گذشتہ ایک سا ل کے دوران ان متنازعہ قوانین کا غیر ضروری دفاع کرنا اور انہیں جواز بخشنا کافی نقصان دہ ثابت ہوا۔ اس عرصے میں 800کسانوں کی جانیں تلف ہوئیں اور کروڑوں کے املاک کا نقصان ہوا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آج کے اعلان سے وزیر اعظم اور مرکزی حکومت کی طرف سے اس احساس کو بھی دیکھا جاسکتا ہے کہ اہم مسائل پر قانون سازی کو آگے بڑھانے سے پہلے مجوزہ قوانین کو جمہوری طریقوں کے تحت بحث و مباحثے اور وسیع عوامی مشاورت کے بعد ہی پیش کیا جانا چاہئے۔اُن کا کہنا تھا کہ زرعی قوانین کی منسوخی کا فیصلہ ہمیں یہ بھی سکھاتا ہے کہ”گھڑی کی سوئیاں پیچھے نہیں گمائی جاسکتی“ کے دعوے جیسا کچھ نہیں ہے اور جب بھی حالات تقاضا کرتے ہیں تو کسی بھی لئے گئے فیصلے کو کبھی بھی واپس لیا جاسکتا ہے یا اسے نئی شکل دی جاسکتی ہے۔حسنین مسعودی نے وزیر اعظم سے اپیل کی کہ وہ 5 اگست 2019 کے فیصلوں کے معاملے میں بھی ایسی ہی نظرثانی کریں اور اُن فیصلوں کو منسوخ کریں جن کے تحت یکطرفہ، غیر آئینی اور غیر اخلاقی طور پر جموں و کشمیر کو خصوصی پوزیشن سے محروم کرکے دو حصوں میں بانٹ کر مرکزی زیر انتظام علاقے قرار دیئے گئے تھے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ زرعی قوانین کی طرح 5اگست 2019کے فیصلے بھی تباہی اور بربادی کے علاوہ غیر یقینیت ، بے چینی اوربڑے پیمانے پر اعتماد کے فقدان کا سبب بن گئے ہیں۔ ان فیصلوں نے نئی دلی اور جموں کشمیر و لداخ کے لوگوں کے درمیان ایک وسیع خلیج پیدا کی ہے جس کا اعتراف خود وزیر اعظم نے بھی کیا ہے۔ مسعودی نے وزیر اعظم ہند سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ جموں وکشمیر کی 4اگست 2019کی پوزیشن واپس بحال کریں اور اس کے بعد جموں و کشمیر اور لداخ کے اندر مفاہمتی اور مصالحتی بات چیت کا سلسلہ شروع کریں اور خطے میں امن و امان کیلئے بھی وسیع تر مذاکرات کا آغاز کریں۔ مسعودی نے ملک کے سیاسی جماعتوں، سول سوسائٹی اور صحیح سوچ رکھنے والے لوگوں سے بھی اپیل کی کہ وہ جموں وکشمیر کے لوگوں کے احساسات، جذبات، اُمنگوں اور حقوق کیلئے ویسے ہی ہمارا ساتھ دیں جیسے انہوں نے کسانوں کے حقوق کی بحالی کیلئے دیا۔اُن کا کہنا تھا کہ کسانوں کی طویل عملی جدوجہد جموں، کشمیر اور لداخ کے لوگوں اور سیاسی جماعتوں کے لئے بھی ایک سبق ہے کہ قلیل مدتی سیاسی فائدے نہیں بلکہ ثابت قدمی، آپسی اتحاد اور خلوص بالآخر حقیقی اہداف کے حصول کیلئے جدوجہد میں کامیابی حاصل کرنے میں مدد گار ثابت ہوتے ہیں۔
